Project management In simple words project management is everything you need to manage a project from start to finish. According to the Project Management application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project activities to meet project requirements. In other words the project manager must do whatever is required to make the project happen (Burke 2007). Sometimes in large scale projects a number of managers may cover many different operations and report to an overall project manager.
